Bellway submitted a reserved matters application (Reference: 24/02576/REM) and, having received agreement from the local authority, Bellway will now go on to build the development, providing new homes for local residents, including a significant volume of homes in affordable tenures.
The development will deliver a variety of home sizes and types for residents and families of different ages and backgrounds. Importantly, the development will include affordable family homes that will contribute to Braintree’s housing need.
