Next Steps

With the reserved matters having been approved, Bellway will go on to commence development in 2025/2026.

Bellway are committed to being good neighbours and are committed to ensuring that disruption to neighbours is kept to a minimum during the construction phase. Works will not take place during anti-social hours and construction vehicles will stay away from predominantly residential roads. This will all be tied into a construction management plan.

Alongside the development, Bellway will be contributing over £1.6m through the S106 agreement. This will enable substantial investment into the local economy that will allow for improvements to be made in local infrastructure such as health, transport and education.
